The things that you need to know to use these pages, on lesson plans, are few and simple once you understand them. Below is a list that will explain the major operating symbols on a web page.

Go Back button

If you are using Netscape the Go Back button is in the upper left of the screen and has a back arrow on it. If you click on that button with your mouse you will go back to the page you just came from.

 

Underlined Words

Underlined words, can be clicked on for more information about that word or words. Use your left mouse button to click on a word. After you finish with the new information, use your Go Back button to get back where you were.

 

HTML Symbol

This symbol indicates that a file is in HTML (a normal web page.)

 

Adobe Symbol

This symbol indicates that a file is in Adobe's Acrobat PDF file format.
